Many people find it difficult to make decisions. They preoccupy themselves with the affect their decision will have on their environment, and those around them. Coaching is about the impact of your decision on your own happiness. Of course, it is also important to acknowledge others and their needs. We need a balance between your ability to do things for yourself and the responsibility your have taken on.

In coaching, we look at why a decision is so difficult for you and which path will bring you closer to your goals. Often we first need to find out what your personal goals are and whether they fit your life. The core of coaching is to find out which decision will increase your personal happiness.

THE COACHING PROCESS

We organize your thoughts in intensive discussions. We need to find out why the decision is important for you personally. Do you perhaps just want to meet different expectations of those around you? A decision is often difficult because you are more concerned with disappointing your partner or parents instead of taking care of your own feelings. During coaching we put the focus specifically on you by setting limits to external considerations and giving you the decision making capability.

Initial consultation

In an initial consultation you will have time to describe your situation and you will receive all necessary information about my coaching methods. The coaching takes place in 60-minute sessions fitting into your weekly schedule. Frequency and times are flexible and depend on our availability.

Working with beliefs, stress management, strengthening mindfulness will help you achieve your goals, overcome hurdles and take your own needs seriously.

Coaching for decision making is the process of selecting the best option from among many choices in order to achieve a desired end.

Your mental and emotional state has a direct impact on your decision-making. In coaching, decision making is brought onto a rational level that respects your emotional needs. You should make the decision based not only on what makes you feel better right now, but also on what suits your long term goals.

The strongest base for decision making is well organised thoughts. You should reduce all factors down to those that are essential for your well being.
