Analysis and awareness of the origin of problems and investigation of causes makes al lot of sense – but our target must be to look forward; our main goal is the solution. It is always about developing the possibilities that are already stored within in each person. With this basic attitude I respond to the individual needs of each client. Problems are part of human life. The fact that there are solutions makes life bearable again.
Even a small adjustment can create significant impulses in a person to allow reorganisation of their thought process. The possibility of implementing self-control and influencing one’s own environment are important objectives in psychotherapy as well as in coaching.
